Busy rehna, distract hona, “strong” banna—
sab kuch try kiya, bas feel karna avoid kiya.
Phir ek din, thak ke, maine kuch alag kiya.
Main bhaaga nahi.
Main baith gaya apni emotions ke saath.
Aur wahan mujhe ek bahut important baat samajh aayi.
👉 Emotions dard dene nahi aate.
Wo samjhaane aate hain.
Why We Avoid Sitting With Our Emotions
Most log emotions se isliye bhaagte hain kyunki:
unka weight heavy lagta hai
rona aa sakta hai
control chhootne ka darr hota hai
purane wounds surface ho jaate hain
Hume lagta hai agar hum feel karne lage,
to hum toot jaayenge.

Emotions tab tak uncomfortable rehte hain
jab tak unhe suna nahi jaata.

anxiety soft ho gayi
sadness manageable ho gayi
anger clear message ban gaya
Emotions ko control karna zaroori nahi hota.
👉 Unhe presence chahiye hoti hai.

Iska matlab ye nahi ki:
aap poora din ro rahe ho
ya trauma relive kar rahe ho
Sitting with emotions ka matlab hai:
bina judgment feel karna
bina solution dhunde sunna
bina jaldi kiye rukna
Sirf itna kehna:
“Main yahan hoon. Jo feel ho raha hai, theek hai.”
