👉 Feeling lost ka matlab ye nahi ki aap fail ho.
Iska matlab hai aapka inner system kuch batana chahta hai.

Lost feel karna aksar clarity ke pehle aata hai.

Why Do We Feel Lost in Life?

Feeling lost tab hoti hai jab:

  • hum autopilot pe jeene lagte hain

  • hum dusron ki expectations follow karte rehte hain

  • apni emotions ko ignore kar dete hain

  • hum apne purane version se outgrow kar jaate hain

Feeling lost ek problem nahi—
👉 ye ek signal hai.

Question 1: Main Abhi Kya Feel Kar Raha/Rahi Hoon?

Lost feel karte waqt emotions confused hoti hain.
Isliye pehla step hota hai emotional awareness.

Khud se poocho:

  • Kya main overwhelmed hoon?

  • Kya main thak chuki/chuka hoon?

  • Kya main disconnected feel kar raha/rahi hoon?

  • Kya main anxious hoon?

Emotion ko naam dene se clarity aati hai.

Question 2: Main Kis Sach Se Nazar Chura Raha/Rahi Hoon?

Ye question thoda uncomfortable ho sakta hai—but powerful hai.

Feeling lost aksar tab hoti hai jab:

  • koi relationship ab align nahi karta

  • aap kisi role ya job se outgrow kar chuke ho

  • aap boundary set nahi kar pa rahe

  • aap ek truth accept nahi karna chahte

Yaad rakhiye:
👉 Truth ko dekhna aur action lena same cheez nahi hoti.

Sirf acknowledge karna bhi healing ka hissa hai.

Question 3: Is Moment Mein Mujhe Kis Cheez Ki Sabse Zyada Zarurat Hai?

Is question ka answer future planning nahi hai.
Ye present-moment clarity ke liye hai.

Apne aap se poocho:

  • Mujhe rest chahiye?

  • Mujhe reassurance chahiye?

  • Mujhe space chahiye?

  • Mujhe support chahiye?

  • Mujhe apne aap se honest hona chahiye?

Needs weak nahi hoti.
